Ingredients for Gulab Jamun:

  • 1 cup unsweetened khoa
  • 1/4 cup refined flour
  • 1/4 cup milk powder
  • 1/3 cup paneer/chena
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup water
  • Few lemons wedge
  • Green cardamom
  • Saffron
  • Ghee/oil for frying
