Hello Friends , Today I will be preparing very crispy chivda namkeen without deep frying.

Roasted Poha Chivda Recipe –
Ingredients –
7 cups or 1/2 kg Thin Poha (Flattened Rice)
3 tblsps Oil
3/4 cup Peanuts (Sing Dana)
20 -30 Cashew nuts divided in 2 parts (Kaju)
20 -30 Almonds divided in 2 parts (Badam)
1/4 cup dry Coconut Slices
30-40 Raisins (kishmish)
3 cup puffed rice (murmure)
3 cup corn flakes (without any flavour)
2 Green Chillies slit and cut length wise (optional)
30-40 Curry Leaves
1 cup lotus seeds(makhana)
Poha Masala
2 tbsp fennel seeds roasted and powdered( saunf)
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp white salt
3 tbsp sugar powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp mango powder(aamchur)
1 tsp turmeric powder
Note : All the ingredients can be adjusted as per taste and availability
