The vegetable hakka noodles recipe differs somewhat from the one for regular noodles.

First, the manner of preparations is the primary distinction between the two. Essentially, this recipe is a stir-fried dish while noodles are a tossed-fried dish. In contrast to the fact that any type of noodle can be used in a recipe for noodles while hakka noodles are made with thin rice noodles. Finally, hakka noodles are spicier than the recipe for ordinary noodles. Hakka cuisine is distinguished by its spiciness.

First, always cook any indo-chinese recipe, including noodles, over a high flame. However, avoid overcooking the vegetables and try to preserve their crispness.

Second, use a single handled fry pan or wok for this recipe, if at all possible. The noodles and vegetables can be tossed on a high flame with ease using the single handle. Noodle recipe can be prepared with the vegetables of your choosing and at the desired spice level.
