The vegetable hakka noodles recipe differs somewhat from the one for regular noodles.

First, the manner of preparations is the primary distinction between the two. Essentially, this recipe is a stir-fried dish while noodles are a tossed-fried dish. In contrast to the fact that any type of noodle can be used in a recipe for noodles while hakka noodles are made with thin rice noodles. First, always cook any indo-chinese recipe, including noodles, over a high flame. However, avoid overcooking the vegetables and try to preserve their crispness.

Second, use a single handled fry pan or wok for this recipe, if at all possible. The noodles and vegetables can be tossed on a high flame with ease using the single handle. Noodle recipe can be prepared with the vegetables of your choosing and at the desired spice level.
