In this video I am going to show you what are ingredients required for preparing Tandoori chai recipe and how to prepare it at home.
The traditional Indian version of Masala chai is still the most popular. The masala tea recipe is a fusion of Indian and English tastes. Masala tea is popular in both India and England. Indian people usually drink this tea without any sweeteners or milk, while some English people drink it with milk and sugar.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 11/2 milk
- 2 teaspoon of tea leaves
- Sugar as per taste
- 3 green cardamom
- 1 clove
- 1 pinch of ginger
- Saffron strings
Preparation:
Step 1: In this recipe, you will need to prepare a base with just 1 cup of water.
Step 2: Bring the water to a boil and then add in the tea leaves and sugar as per taste.
Step 3: Simmer for 5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
Step 4: Add in the spices, clove, ginger, cardamom and saffron strings.
Serve it hot with aroma of the great Indian masala tea
