Make club kachori recipe And Aloo Ki Sabzi with these Steps:

Two cups of maida, three-fourths of a tablespoon of salt, one-fourth cup of oil, and make a soft dough to produce the kachoris. Give it 15 minutes to relax. Three to four boiled, shredded potatoes should be placed in a separate bowl together with one and a half spoons of fennel seeds, four teaspoons of gramme flour, one tablespoon of coriander powder, and one teaspoon baking soda. Mix this thoroughly.

After some time has passed, roll out a portion of the dough and stuff it with your stuffing. Next, gently roll the dough while it is closed. Place these kachoris over a medium-low burner to cook.

Take a saucepan, fill it with three to four teaspoons of oil, heat it over medium heat, then add one teaspoon of cumin seeds, one tablespoon of ginger, two to three chopped green chilies, two medium-sized chopped tomatoes, and salt to taste. This makes aloo ki sabzi. Mix until the flavours are evenly distributed. Then include the powders of turmeric, red chilli, and dhania. Add some water once the oil has separated from the masala. After it has boiled, add your potatoes. One tablespoon of mango powder, half a tablespoon of black pepper, garam masala, and kala namak should be added once the curry has to a boil. You may now serve and eat your aloo ki sabzi with Club kachoris.

Kachori ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup urad daal soaked
  • 2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup sooji
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying

Aaloo sabzi:

  • 4 medium size potato
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 cup orange pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup black chana(soaked)
  • Green chilly
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp pachforan
  • 1 tsp mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
