Indian cottage cheese, or paneer, is made by curdling the milk

You can either use vinegar or lemon juice to curdle milk. Yogurt is another option.

Once the milk has curdled, the cheese is collected in a cotton cloth and allowed to harden up.

That’s pretty much all! Seriously, making paneer at home is incredibly simple.

The most well-known paneer dishes in India include palak paneer, kadai paneer, and matar paneer.
